SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All orders are sent by Royal Mail. 
With the exception of special/custom orders, all orders will be dispatched from us within 3 working days. 

Orders within the UK are sent by second class as standard, with the option to upgrade to first class, tracked services etc. 
Orders outside of the UK are sent by international tracked as standard.

Estimated arrival times will depend on the type of shipping purchased, and the destination of the order.
Generally, expected arrival times are as follows:
UK second class - 2 - 3 working days from dispatch

UK first class - 1 to 2 working days from dispatch
EU standard - 3 to 5 working days from dispatch
Worldwide - 6 to 7 working days from dispatch

Please note that we are always happy to help where we can, however we cannot control the postal services and the Royal Mail cannot guarantee these delivery times.

Overseas buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import charges that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

As per EU law, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be sent back (with proof) within 21 days of delivery


We do not accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, they cannot be returned nor exchanged:
- custom or personalised orders
- digital downloads
- free or gifted items
- items on sale

Conditions of return
Unless explicitly stated and discussed prior, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is then responsible for any loss in value.
Unless agreed beforehand, postage costs from the original purchase will not be refunded, just the cost of the item(s).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Currently we ship internationally through our Etsy store.

Do you take custom orders/Can you change something for me?

Yes to both! If you're looking for something completely one off, please pop us a message so we can discuss your ideas and go from there.
If you want a little tweak, something added or taken away etc, again just give us a message and we'll be more than happy to help :)

How do I apply my vinyl sticker?

✩ APPLICATION ✩
1. Clean the desired area of any dirt and dust and allow it to dry thoroughly.
2. Give the transfer tape a hard press over the sticker design, using a squeegee or something like a credit card is best for this.
3. Flip the sticker over and remove the backing paper.
4. Place the sticker where you would like it and give it a firm rub all over to get it to stick completely.
5. Peel off the transfer tape carefully - pulling the transfer tape flat back against the decal at a slow consistent speed is best.
6. Enjoy your shiny new sticker!

How do I apply my die cut sticker?

Potentially. the long and short of this one is that we are a very small business, and while we love giving away little freebies and working with new people, we can't always do this.
